Dear person who wants to work out in a private room.
Our Facilities:
1) A multi-purpose home gym machine.
2) A treadmill that measures your pulse and body fat.
3) A waist, back and foot massager.
4) A mattress for crunches or sits up.
5) A computer with internet access.
6) A room size at 180 square feet.
- Simple training will be provided.
- First hour parking at 25 cents per hour.
We provide all these in an air – conditioned room, all to yourself or with your partner.
Our charges:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm
1 person: $10 per hour
2 persons: $16 per hour
Monday to Friday, 4pm to 9pm. Sat, Sunday & Public holiday, 9am to 9pm
1 person: $14 per hour
2 persons: $20 per hour

Day 30 on low carbo diet

Day 30 on low carbo diet: SUCCESSFUL! 91.8 kgs. Lost: 0.4kgs. Target to reach: 85 kgs. Started on 11th Jan 2011 at 94kgs. Total weight lost so far: 2.2kgs. Ideal weight to reach, based on BMI at 25, is 84kgs. Another 6.8kgs to go. Another round of blood test done yesterday for my thyroid issues. Got to wait for another week to get any treatment, and I hope that it’s T4….

Day 29 on low carbo diet: SUCCESSFUL! 92.2 kgs. Lost: 0.1kgs. Target to reach: 85 kgs. Will be going to the Endocrinologist this afternoon. Hope that she can help me to manage 2 issues: pain and lethargic. Although I think the extreme lethargic could have been aggravated by the additional intake of high carbo food, but it just seems really abnormal….

Day 28 on low carbo diet: FAIL! 92.3 kgs. Gain: 0.5kgs. Target to reach: 85 kgs. This is the result from eating about 15 pineapple tarts, 3 slices of bah kua, 10 pieces of creamy biscuits, 3 ferrero chocolates, 10 pieces of other new year’s goodies and 2 panadol……Really need to get some help for my neck pain…..
