Busy busy busy! But still no weight loss.

Busy busy busy!  But still no weight loss. i am not been posting, since oct as it is the seasons for us movers. looking at the last post, weighing at 94kgs, and i see that i had no weight loss since then. so, once again, i have proven that, exercise alone without watching your diet will not result in weight loss. this is a brief compilation of how i eat and drink and what amount of work i had done for the last few weeks, though not everyday, but 3 -4 days a week, i can firmly say again that diet is the most important thing to correct if you really want to lose weight.

before i start my time table, i must emphasize that this is not the norm for me, as i have not work so much on a out door basis as i used to, at least not for 3 weeks straight for the pass 3 to 4 years. and yet, i have not lost a single kgs.

my day starts at 7am, eating 2 slices of bread with jam, butter and cheese. no sweet drink, only a cup of plain water with vitamin c.

in a way to save cost and to prevent myself from drinking too much soft drink, as i would, usually when i worked outdoor under the very hot singapore weather, i bought dozen of bottles of mineral water (at 50 cents per big bottle!), for both my workers and myself. i think i took less than a bottle myself so that i dont need to go to the toilet so often.

i would buy i packet of ice lemon tea, and a packet of mixed vegetable rice for lunch. and probably a few monthful of soft drink which i bought for my workers lunch. i would not finish much of the rice, only half, as i was having a bit of anxiety especially for this particular project as i it was under quoted.

the work ends at about 6pm, where i will head back home for dinner. exhausted over the days work, i would have a fruit juice drink after dinner so as to cool my body from the heat that i have accumulated in my body throughout the day. this will repeat from monday to wednesday for the last 2 weeks of 2009.

thursday were mostly busy cos we had 2 early weekends cos of the new year. the only day that i have too much to eat was on christmas day.

and guess what? no weight is loss.

if i were to guess, it was because of the few extra carbos that i had. i think if i am able to stick to a low carbo diet on that few days, i would have lost a couple of kgs. but  i, at the same, on many occassions, have noticed about my body, that my temperature goes up when i am starting to burn, which may result in having a fever on the few first days of weight loss.

i am thinking of a new plan and will try to restart everything again once my new helper arrived. hope she can cook a delicious low carbo meal.

she is coming tomorrow. my weight clocks at 93 this morning. i will be back next week and hope to lose some weight from tomorrow.

in case i go missing again for another 3 months, a very happy chinese new years to all!
