Surcharges may be imposed if:

• Distance between removal points exceeds 20 km
• Removal places are not on the lift level
• Removal is done after office hours
• Moving permit application for residents in condominiums – $60 per permit
• Additional manpower is required
• There are items, eg. piano, safe, metal racks, bed, cupboard or any other items that need dismantling before moving
• There are additional delivery points
• Customer requires packing of personal effects, a day before or on the same day of move

Terms & conditions:

• For removal on hourly basis, charges start upon arrival at the 1st pick up point and ends after items are settled and secured at the new place.
• Insurance not included.
• Compensation for damage(s) or lost items is half our invoice charges or $200 (whichever is higher).
• Cartons can be loaned with a refundable deposit of $2 per carton, provided they are returned in good condition.
• Packing materials such as string wraps and opp tapes will be provided FOC, other packing materials will have to be purchased.

Sale/Rental of Trolleys

Charges for Manpower Supply

Working hours from 9am to 5pm $120 per head Additional charges after 5pm $20 per hour Additional charges if rental of trolley is required $20 ea. Additional charges if work place is Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, or Changi $20
